Our technicians will make service, preventive maintenance, calibration and performances validations on bench test for all your instruments. Certificates and reports are delivered when instruments are returned.

- Checking and performances validation: Performances of your instrument are checked on bench test and/ or with calibration standards. Results are compared with factory specifications, usual spare parts are changed when needed (seal, batteries…).
- Calibration Certificate: Neotek-Ponsel delivers a report and a calibration certificate. These certificate and reports establish that your instruments are in compliance with the metrologic standards and manufacturer specifications.
- Service: Once your agreement for the repair quotation has been received, our service team performs the service and makes your instruments running in the best conditions. Service is dedicated for our instruments bought from us but also for others trade mark.
